EXTRA-INSTRUCTIONAL CHARGES POLICY

  • Each program is scheduled for completion within a defined contract period. A grace period of up to 25% beyond the scheduled completion time is included in the enrollment agreement. The Academy allocates instructional resources, facility access, and licensed instructor supervision based on this timeframe. Students who do not complete the program within the contract period (including the grace period) will be considered out of contract and subject to additional training charges. Additional training will be billed based on the program’s published tuition converted to a cost per hour as follows:
  • Barbering Program: $8.75 per hour
  • Cosmetology to Barber Crossover Program: $17.50 per hour
  • Barber Instructor Program: $21.43 per hour

Students will be charged on a prorated weekly basis, calculated by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the actual number of hours attended during that week.

All additional training charges are:

  • Assessed and due at the beginning of each week
  • Required to be paid in advance prior to clocking in
  • Enforced such that students may not clock hours until payment is made

Weekly billing will continue until the student completes all required hours necessary for graduation.

These charges are separate from and in addition to the original contracted tuition.
